On the upper floor you will find 2 bedrooms with a double water bed each (160x200cm). One of the bedrooms also has a bunk for 2 additional people under the roof. The couch can be turned into a double bed by just a button within seconds. The modern bathroom on the lower floor has a bathtub, the bathroom on the upper floor a shower. The high quality kitchen is fully equipped (more than you will need :-)) In the spare room there is also a washing machine/dryer and a freezer. When arriving you will find all the small daily necessaties such as coffee, toilet paper, salt, pepper and so on. During the high season (Easter vacation, end of June to mid-September, Christmas/New Year's Eve) the prices shown are for 4 persons, outside the high season the prices shown are for 2 persons. Each additional person aged 13 and over is charged at 50 EUR/night, children between 2 and 12 years 30 EUR/night. The well-developed bike paths through the meadows offer wide views, and the cycling-friendly central location on the island brings all other Sylt villages closer. E-bikes that provide built-in tailwind are available for rent. And Tinnum also provides exciting tours for hikers and walkers. Within 1-2 km you will find all different kinds of supermarktes (Aldi, Lidl, Famila and a bakery). The house is located at a very quiet residential street - no cars going through and no noise produced by traffic. As you can see on the map the rails of the train station go by, so of course you will notice a train rolling into the train station. However, you will be surprised how little this is actually noticable, because the living room, the garden and so on are located on the other side of the house.
